When the monthly allowance is gone, coaching stops for the rest of the billing month. Nothing charges you overage without asking. Paid plans can buy a top up of 10 calls for $19. Top ups never expire, and they are only drawn on after the monthly allowance is used, so buying one early costs you nothing.
